The perfect slept time tea
Valerian Dream is my go-to evening tea to wind down and relax into a great night's sleep. It's soothing, tastes nice and I look forward to sipping it. Rishi is altogether OUTSTANDING with their teas and service. I especially love their loose tea selections and have been a happy customer for years!

Incredible tea
I’m on my second 1 lb bag of this beauty and it’s part of my nightly sleep routine. I love the flavor and potency. Many valerian teas taste pretty funky or are heavy in mint to cover up the flavor. A lot of mint at night is no good for folks that have GERD but this one hits the sweet spot all around.
