Love the taste and planned to order more but customer service is very poor. Considering the premium prices they charge, I had expected a better customer service. I wanted to return an in opened bag and they responded after many days and told me they don’t take returns at all. This should be highlighted in the website so people are aware

Tea

I gave this tea a one star rating just so I could write a review. I am sorry but there is nothing to like about this tea, I’m afraid. The smell is not appealing & the taste is sharp. It tastes like alcohol. I would ask if I could send it back for a refund but I doubt if that is permissible. I will not be drinking this tea or sharing it. I am sorry happy I have my pu’er ginger tea to truly enjoy. As I said, I am sorry for the negative review!

Refreshing!!!

I took a chance on this botanical... and I was not sorry! Delicate , yet flavorful, its so peachy, and its not that fake peach taste , its the real deal. Just like drinking a fresh summer peach! Highly recommend
