Nishi Sencha First Flush

Rich and dynamic. I go for an oversteep which gives a sharp, earthy flavor. Lovely? Potent caffeine. Timing, quantity & temp should be experimented with for preferred taste.

This is at least my third bag of Nishi First Flush. Sencha is my favorite. I've ordered first flush from other vendors; they were also very good. However, I've found nothing that compares to Rishi. There are several teas I order from Rishi for the experience. The health benefits are secondary, but just as important, if not more. The quality is superb and the quality is superior.
