China Breakfast

My “bread and butter” and “desert island” tea.

I’m a black tea drinker- straight up, no milk, no sweetener. Flavored teas annoy me, and don’t get me started about herbal “tea”. I encountered Rishi China Breakfast at a local restaurant who uses it to make their stellar iced tea. I asked about it, and they showed me the big blue bag of it. I immediately sourced it online, ordered it, and found I enjoyed it even more hot. I drink buckets of this! Every tea cupboard needs its bread and butter tea, and this is mine Rishi China Breakfast is the one I reach for by instinct—the dependable daily cup that makes me glad I put the kettle on. Every single time.

An excellent black tea to enjoy in the morning.

I start every day with a couple of cups of Rishi black tea. I alternate daily between China Breakfast and English Breakfast because I love both and can't pick a favorite between the two. Both have bold well blanced black tea notes that are very enjoyable.

Morning Tea

I rotate between China Breakfast and English Breakfast to give my day an energizing start with rich, mellow flavors. I can't say I love hearing the alarm clock, but the fragrant cups of tea that lie ahead are excellent incentive to leap out of bed.
