Krakowska Kielbasa

I served the kielbasa both cooked(simmered) and not cooked. In both cases, the flavor was excellent, but the skin was chewier than I would have expected. The kielbasa arrived quickly and was well packaged.

Tough skin

I have ordered twice before from your company and the krakaska kielbasa was very good. this time I received it and I did not have it in hot water for more than five minutes and went to serve it and the skin was so tough. I wasn’t impressed.

Konopelski Kielbasa

My premium vendor of Polish Sausage was getting difficult to find. I saw an add for konopelski's products and thought I would give it a try. I found my choice to be an excellent decision. The sausage was delicious. I found the spice mixture to be on point ethnically and had an excellent texture. Price point is what I would expect for a quality product. They have won me over.
