2025 Christmas Coma

This was incredible, a real crowd pleaser and wow wow dish. Presentation was phenomenal, taste was amazing. Expensive but would do it again!

I was disappointed this year. It missed the mark with flavor and was also too dry. The passionfruit sorbet didnt match the rest of the trifle. It needed a creamy ice cream to balance the dryness.

Amazing! Doesnt need the custard - good enough on its own!
