Not so great customer service

Purchased direct from the website. Part was not correct. Car on lift with OE system removed. Because of time constraints the shop needed to modify the part supplied to work correctly. Time is money in a shop and the owner couldn't wait for the correct part to arrive or for somebody repeating website nonsense over the phone. Tech support from Matt G was less then satisfying just repeating the T&C on the website. What a shame.
