I love the design so much! And it feels so light and smooth!

This velvet and lace top is an incredible value. The fabric has a bit of stretch but is heavy enough to hold its softly tailored shape. The buttons are small and round and can slip out of their buttonholes if the fit is too snug. The lace at the neck and cuffs is smartly pleated but-is a nice soft quality of material. It is a classic dress up with the red plaid skirt!
