It works great, but need too much supervision while running. The pages have to be perfectly straight in order to run in the continuous area. No mail i need to shred comes unfolded. I tried to even smush the pages down under heavy books and the machine kept getting caught up and need attention.

Functional

It has been great so far! I love that you can put so many sheets in the feeder and walk away. Shredding 8-12 sheets at a time can be very time-consuming.

Overall it works fine. I like the small pieces of shredded paper. I overlooked the fact that it didn’t have a credit card or cd section for shredding. I really like those features on my previous shredders. I was pleased with how much I got to shred in one setting of at least 45 minutes before it needed to cool off. I will definitely recommend.
