The sweatshirt is okay, but I had an issue with the shipping, reached out, and was completely ignored. I ordered the sweatshirt on January 2nd for a friends birthday on the 12th. They were only visiting us for a bit and were leaving town the day after their birthday so I reached out to paint merch to see when the sweatshirt was expected to arrive. I was planning on switching the delivery address if it was expected after the 12th. I emailed them on the 8th and they never responded, instead shipping it on the 10th so that I couldn’t switch the delivery address anyway. The sweatshirt arrived on the 17th, so not only did it miss my friend’s birthday (which would’ve been completely understandable), but now we have to ship it again separately. I’m disappointed in the lack of response from a small business.
