Brigade Cinch PS5 Pro Controller

Firstly my order was delayed and after receiving the item it was faulty. Mic does not work and the one thing you guys sell your product on which is no stick drift my one came with stick drift. My son was so disappointed. Now I have to send it back and wait another 6 8 weeks for it to be repaired. Overall not a good customer experience and should have just bought a new controller

Love the mouse click and the longer thumb sticks back buttons only thing I wish is that the back buttons was further apart
