I’m sure I’ll forget to review later, so here’s my honest out-of-the-box take. These are the most comfortable hiking boots I’ve ever worn right away. I’ve only walked the neighborhood so far, but the lacing is excellent, the ankle collar feels secure, and the sole has a great mix of stiffness for rocky terrain with Hoka-like cushioning. Build quality looks solid—rugged like my old Merrells, maybe a step above, with good rubber protection on heel and toe. They’re mid-height, not tall hunting or mountaineering boots, but I’d still wear them for agility and comfort on a hunt. Not sure how they’d hold up in extreme conditions long-term, though they feel premium and trustworthy for serious trails. Would pair well with light crampons in ice too. Really happy with them.
