There was nothing wrong with most of the products themselves, but there are issues with the company and how it operates. Several figures did not fit their designated slots on the base plates. Fortunately, I had enough figures to swap them around until I found ones that fit. Had I only ordered the intended sets, I would have been extremely disappointed. From placing the order to receiving it took three months. Shipping took about 1.5 weeks. However, stating that orders will ship within two weeks and then not shipping them for 2.5 months is unacceptable. Everything I purchased was listed as in stock, and I spent 343 AUD. I sent three emails to customer service and never received a response. I also sent a DM on Instagram and only received a reply after commenting on their posts. I was given false promises and misleading information throughout the process. This company clearly cannot handle the volume of orders it receives and should pause new orders until existing ones are fulfilled.
