Disappointed with Gift Experience

I ordered crystals to be sent as a gift, but the experience was disappointing. I wasn’t aware that crystal information cards weren’t included — this was only mentioned in an email after my order was confirmed. It would have been much more helpful to know this upfront on the product page, especially when ordering as a gift. I also wrote a personal note in the checkout “notes” section, assuming it would be included with the package. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, so my friend received the gift with no explanation and no indication it was from me. A quick message from the business to clarify this would have made a big difference. With clearer communication upfront about what’s included (and how notes are handled), the experience would have been far more positive.
