Re-stocking Fee?? Come on.

Bought my wife this skirt online for Christmas. Didn't fit, too big. We had to pay shipping to return it. OK. But then also got charged $5 "restocking fee". Come on, you want people to buy online, but then it costs $13 just to return something?? My wife says other online retailers do not charge to restock brand new, tags on clothing.
