Solid cable locks for cartop kayaks.

Sold for sit on kayaks because of their size, the loops on these fit our 13 foot sit ins but the cables with the halves of the locks are so long that unless you creatively weave the cables around your cartop racks the loops on each end could be slipped off the bow and stern. We figure it’s a good thing because we would need the extra lengths to secure them around a kayak rack at a campground. A bit of trial and error and no problem. The combination locks are solid and the cables are covered in fairly soft plastic so it won’t beat up the car. Great price at OVAP in the Prior. The staff knew nothing about them so our research paid off. Highly recommend these for those nights in your lane way loaded for early departure or on road trips and campgrounds. They worked perfectly on a trip to the Mattawa and a stay at Driftwood Park.
