I love this stuff!! The Ashwagandha and L-Theanine combo with honey does the trick on stressful days and tastes great!

De-stressing

I take it in the evening when I need help to de-stress from and day and prep for sleep. I went without taking it and was surprised how much it had helped so started back up again. Always does the trick.

Yuck… but it will do I guess.

The flavor is pretty gosh darn terrible. I think it works at helping calm down but I have to really psych myself up to choke this one down. This isn’t the case with the other liposomal delivery packets like the vitamin c and the ginkgo biloba. Don’t know what was different about this one but I won’t be purchasing again.
