Good instructions that were easy to follow. High quality product. Our steps are safer and the home is more accessible with this railing.

It took forever for my husband to allow me to add a railing because he thought railings looked tacky. But the older we got, and the more friends we had who are older it became very clear. We need a railing. We worked with our construction person he found this online and he was the one who installed it. He had so many nice things to say about it and I helped him install it. Actually, he really liked the trick with the pencil to measure the depth of the screws to put into the cement. My only comment I think was, I think there was some question on the measuring, but we made it work and we added it on the steps versus on the cement Hill that was made adjacent to the steps.

My steps are brick, but your instructions do not include how to handle mounting on brick. I went to YouTube and did find it was possible to drill into brick. I chose to mount two screws into the brick and two into the mortar. This worked fine for the upper piece but for the lower piece the mortar mounts had big air gaps. So, I might have a stability issue.
