Shipped quickly and well packaged. Assembly was easy and these look great. Would recommend the instructions include the size of the drill bit to use.

Obsessed with the quality and how well this turned out with the custom shelving. Had a large empty wall to fill with something and using these shelf brackets to hang from the ceiling downward came out beyond freakin cool!

Good Quality - Poor Customer Service

The shelf brackets are good quality, however I was thoroughly disappointed in the customer service. I ordered two less than a week before Valentine's Day for $119 each. Then, on a Valentine's sale they were $95 each. When I emailed the company for them to match the sale price, they refused. Saying it was not within a 48 hour window. I planned on ordering more for other areas in my house, but due to the company not price matching have decided to go with something else - as a $50 dollar difference would have been a big savings.
