Camden Area Rug - Oval

Not a good color match

I was excited when I saw this company on ABC Deals. You didn't have the shape or color I needed so I went online. I found the same color and rug like the one I have but purchased by another vendor about 5 years ago. I needed a new one and loved the fact you can view it on your own floor as well as on your website. The color wood used on your site, is the same color as my hardwood kitchen floor - a perfect match. It arrived several shades darker with dark brown, grey and green in what is online as a light beige with off white yarn. So disappointing and when I spoke to customers service the person argued with me, I was wrong about the color. This is while I am looking at it online. Very unprofessional and I will never shop with this company again. I returned the rug.

I LOVE THIS RUG!! The shipping was quick and very well wrapped,, it’s a braided rug, very well made and solid! I plan on buying more. The company is the best! Thank you RHODY!
