Urban Traveller Extra Large Backpack

The design of this bag is EXCEPTIONAL! The execution, however, is exceptionally poor. With very gentle use, one of the shoulder straps frayed and broke and two of the zipper pulls snapped in half! With quality materials, this would be the ultimate bag. Sadly, when I contacted the company, they asked me to send a picture and I did, but they've been totally silent since. Poor quality product paired with poor customer service isn't a good business plan.

Terrible customer service. Long delays in getting product & no contact made available from company though a phone number is available (never answered or messages returned) & live chat isnt live, can take days to get a response & usually generic & not answering the actual query. I will never use this store again. I"ve also left reviews on other platforms

Great product and service
