Coffee Addicts sent this very fast and I can finally grind coffee again! The outer burr fit perfectly in my grinder.

What a difference a new ring burr made

When the grinding sound changed to a labored grinding, I suspected a small stone had gotten into the bag of roasted beans -- and into the grinder. I had that experience before and knew that it dulls the burrs, so I had a new set of burrs on hand. The ring burr is very easy to replace, so I made the swap and happily discovered that was all that was needed to get a fast, smooth grind again. I ordered two more ring burrs to have on hand. The package came quickly, so I'm ready for the next time.
