1/8" MDF Boards - High Grade MDF for Laser Cutters - 1/8 inch

We recently picked up some 1/8-inch MDF from Kim and Garrett and I’ve got to say — this stuff is absolutely incredible. From the very first pass on the laser, we could tell the quality was there. It cuts effortlessly and consistently, producing super clean edges and crisp engraving every time. No charring issues, no inconsistencies, just smooth, reliable results that make production easy. What really stands out is how clean and uniform the sheets are. There’s very little excess dust, no warping, and every piece feels solid and ready to go right off the stack. On top of that, the paint takes to it beautifully. Whether we’re spraying or hand-painting, the surface accepts paint evenly and gives a smooth, professional finish without a lot of extra prep work. If you’re looking for high-quality 1/8-inch MDF that performs beautifully on a laser and finishes perfectly with paint, this is it.
