Excellent value!

Both the bar and the plates are much higher quality than I expected for the price. I was a bit unsure about how the bar would be for triceps exercises since it has an unusual shape but it feels very natural. I even received an extra pair of clips which was a nice surprise. Excellent quality and customer service from Strength Shop as usual. Highly recommend!
