cute skirt at a fair price. the construction irks me tho, if youre going to surge all the little squared together into a fabric, cut a pattern out of the fabric and surge the fabric together then why not surge together on the same side as the fabric?! all of the seems are on the outside cause thats the look so why not put the final two seams on the outsode too?! there would be more versatility with the garment that way. idk the construction got me frustrated but its not *that* big of a deal and its still cute
