I can't get a response about how to connect the bottle to the app. No instructions provided.

Its a great tool but does not come with very clear instruction as to use so you have to play it by ear amd figure it out.

Disappointed it is not more accurate and specifically excludes keto. That is where I'm heading. I think it has more benefits than the carb cycling approach Lumen is designed for and promotes.
