If you were like me, functionality paired with style is always at the top of my list. Hard to have one without the other. First off functionality, absolutely flawless. I use the magnetic phone mount which is stationary and I'm able to put it right where I need it so that the column shifter misses it perfectly. Second, I use an iPad holder that I'm able to leave the mount loose enough to where I can swing it out of the way to have full view of my rear view camera and access to the original screen on the truck. As a crane operator who spent more hours than I care to talk about in a truck I've had several different mounting systems from the cheap Amazon all the way up to the high end mounts. To date, this one is not only built to the highest standard functionality and versatility are by far the best I've seen. The best part about this system, which they don't really advertise, is the little rubber foot that goes on your first rail coming towards you and it allows it to support off of the dash without scratching or marring. And in my case works out perfect for swinging my iPad out of the way and not having to loosen the mount every time I want to move it, five Star would recommend.
