Works great but clip broken
Great concept, but disappointed that one of the clips is broken. Great customer service on getting more sent, but thinking about what I paid for the rear harness & having to deal with replacing a clip doesn't excite me. My dog hasn't been able to use it of course, so kind of sucks.

Very sturdy and great support for dog w/ hip dysplasia
The hip lift is a great support and has improved my Ruby Doo's ability to walk. Ruby Doo now turning 15 is a german shepherd with hip dysplasia. Walking is a challenge especially now she is also starting to lose sight. With the hip support, walking though slow, gives her great joy. Easy to handle the lifting to climb stairs and getting her up to bed and car. I highly recommend this item.

Took some time to figure it out but now it's fine
When I received this harness, I followed the instructions (or so I thought from the video) and it turns out I had it on reversed. This could've been avoided if each piece were labeled front and back in the bags. I switched it but I honestly think that dogs like mine with hip dysplasia need more structure and support in the back and this harness does it the opposite way. I must admit either way, this harness has made it possible for me to help my 75 lb. Golden Retriever get around much more easily than lifting him up myself. And I think it gives my dog more support to walk on his own after I lift him up or I can walk beside him and grab the back support when he starts to falter which gives him more confidence to walk on his own.
