Great customer care

My package unfortunately got lost in the post but I can give a review on the great customer care I received. I got a full refund and a quick resolution to the issue and plan to reorder this product again. I have used this product before and it is a date darker than I thought but I have natural red undertones in my hair. I love all the Redken shades eq products I have used though as it is more gentle on my hair and I like how it slowly fades over time for a more natural look! Thank you cosmetic world
