I sent over photos and explained the situation, and they trusted me completely and sent a replacement without hassle. The new stool is absolutely gorgeous—beautiful quality and design. Gorgeous Stool

I I found a similar stool at another retailer and it was hugely expensive. I did a Google Lens search and found this one at a much nicer price point. I hoped for the best, and this piece did not disappoint. The wood is stunning with lots of character. Extremely sturdy and just gorgeous. So happy. Will be back for more pieces!
