99% Perfect!

I loved my new martingale collar! The sizing was perfect, the craftsmanship is wonderful, and the quality of the material is great for my sensitive skin! My only "issue", which I'd hardly call it an issue, is that the ears make the O ring top heavy, so you need to basically tighten the collar all the way so there's no give so that the O ring stays ears upright. Perhaps this is just a user error thing as well, but this has been my experience. Either way I'll be wearing and loving this piece every chance I get!
