Great Service and Product

I purchased some prescription Ombraz from Lens & Frame. I felt like their customer service/communication were stellar and really like my new sunglasses. They fit fantastic, are comfortable, and stay in place while I’m doing outdoor activities.

Ombraz prescription sunglasses

The sunglasses are great, very high quality lenses, frames, string and overall quality. The only downside ordering from lens and frame and co was the delays. It took about a month and a half to receive my item. Although I get why (holidays & quality inspection) but I still disagree with the wait time. Lens and frames did reimburse me $100 dollars for the delays though. That is why I am giving them 5 stars because they have excellent customer service and great products which overshadow the delays.
