I received this couch with a manufacturing defect. The stitching has been coming apart since the day I received it. I’ve been waiting for a resolution from Neumason, but I still haven’t received a response or any solution. This issue has been ongoing, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution, whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund.
