Coffin beds arrived broken on both gothic trees we bought from Happy & Polly. Their resolution was to offer $20 per tree. The Seel shipping protection offered 20% on one tree and completely denied the claim for the second. I just wanted the 4 coffin beds fo be replaced. They aren’t able to do that. I will never order from this company again. Cheap cardboard material, stapled rope into hollow cored posts, bed walls are cardboard. It’s “cute” but it’s not worth the $200+ price, especially when it’s delivered BROKEN.
