While the laces are fine, it’s really the customer service of Alex that stands out. I had problems with the silver Ashley’s I ordered and Slex was quick to solve the problem, with no fuss.

New life to old shoes

My shoes were getting old and tired, and to be honest so was I with the existing laces that kept undoing all the time. I thought I'd go for the reflective laces to match some reflective markings on my shoes. Very happy with the result!
