Almost Perfect
I have wanted this bag forever and was so excited when it arrived. I also ordered 2 accessory bags. Having a place for everything, and everything has its place just scratches an itch for me. My only complaints are that the colour is a bit pinkie/peachier than the pic, and one of the lip gloss holders has a flaw in it, and came undone or tore after a week. It is not the end of the world, and I still love it!!

She is amazing! Recently took her to Ottawa with me, best carry on personal bag I’ve ever used travelling. Lots of room and easy to carry ! And she holds plenty! She is also very pretty !

False Advertising
I want to start this off by saying I’m normally a HUGE fan of Poppy and Peonies. I’ve bought 27 bags total over the years and I recommend them to all my friends and clients at work. However the Cream Go Getter has left me disappointed. I put in an order in for both the Cream and Peony Pink Go Getter however when the bags arrived the Cream bag didn’t have two cup holder pockets. When I looked on the website there was a photo of the Cream Go Getter with two cup holder pockets as well the description which said “Cupholder fits a 30oz Stanley as well as your standard tumblers and water bottles” and “Interior water bottle pocket, zipper pocket, key leash, two lipstick pockets and additional slide pockets.” Which makes it sound like the purse contains two cup holder pockets. I assumed the purse was defective and I used the chat bot which confirmed my suspicions so I sent an email off to customer service. I never received a response. I eventually found another email to contact someone with the issue who told me that only certain colours had two cup holder pockets. I sent a response saying that the Cream Purse listing contained an image showing two water bottle pockets and the description wasn’t transparent enough. I never received a response and the website hasn’t been changed. Why not make the design the same for all the colours? Or list in the description clearly that the colour doesn’t contain two pockets. If the images are going to show inaccurate depictions of each colour the returns should be free. Overall I’m very disappointed in the customer service and lack of transparency on the website.
