Great experience with the GS Event and Purchase

When attending the Grand Seiko event on June 27, I ordered the SBGM255. Although it was not in stock, the team communicated with me consistently, and I receive the product only one week later than expected. The staff were very gracious about understanding my dismay and offered their apologies. Once they receive the piece, it was delivered in a very timely manner and is absolutely pristine and gorgeous. I couldn’t be more happy with the purchase. Thank you to Teddy and the team, particularly Will, my salesperson. The event was amazing, and I would highly recommend visiting Teddy‘s boutique for any future event after traveling from Virginia to Cleveland.
