The bag arrived with a crooked logo, and the top hanging piece had been pressed into the bag, leaving a large crease that may not even come out. Considering the price point and the quality this brand claims to offer, I expected much better craftsmanship and packaging.
I’ve also tried reaching out to customer service multiple times by email for help with this issue, but unfortunately no one has responded. Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer support.
