Creme Brulee

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I placed my order on Monday and paid extra for express shipping. By Tuesday, I still hadn't received any shipping update, so I emailed requesting to cancel my order. After receiving no response, I sent multiple follow-up emails, direct messages, text messages, and even tried calling. I received no meaningful response until Friday, by which time my order had already been dispatched. If someone had simply replied to my cancellation request before dispatch, this entire situation could have been avoided. The lack of communication was unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company through multiple channels just to receive a response. While they eventually offered a prepaid return label and a refund after the item is returned, the customer service experience was frustrating and not what I expected from a business charging extra for express shipping.

I am in LOVE with this blend! The flavour isnt too overpowering but you definitely taste a delicious creme brulee in your mug absolutely love ❤️
