Incredible Customer Service!!

One of our colleagues recently had her first baby and the team wanted to send over a little congratulations gift. It was super easy for us to collaborate and pick some items together. We actually made an error on our end in only ordering one mini champagne bottle when we meant to order two (for mom and dad). We wrote to the ooobox team right after realising and they were super helpful in fixing the issue. This built so much trust with me that now this will be my go-to place for these kinds of gifts (I don't say this lightly - they exhibited USA-level customer service in a way I can only find at pharmacies in Germany 😂).
