The clips to secure the hose to the base were missing. I found some plastic to put in the holes and used duct tape to make it work. It works great. Just disappointed the clips were broken and took so homemade creativity to make it work. After submitting the review they reached out and sent the missing clips and a new hose. Customer service from the review showed they cared.

So far it is exactly as advertised! It definitely makes cleaning up Lego bricks less of a chore.

My LEGO aficionado absolutely LOVES the Pick-Up Bricks and has thanked me so many times for such a cool gift! I am so so thankful that this exists; getting him to completely clean his room was SUCH a chore beforehand. Now he uses the Pick-Up Bricks to get all the LEGOs quickly and spends his time sorting them into his color coded bins versus getting distracted picking them up by hand. I cannot thank you enough.
