Confusion on what plants I recieved

The plants came in great shape and are very nice. But I had to contact customer service to find out what kind of plants they were. We recieved no care card or QR code in the box or my confirmation email. In order for them to last and take care of them you must give better instructions and easier to find! When I contacted customer service two of my plants got switched out for other ones that weren't in the care plan. So if I hadn't reached out we would never have know what those were! Pretty plants, poor labeling and instruction guides. Although customer service was very nice !
