Let’s hope this one holds up

This is our 2nd back pack in 3 years. The first one the material on the top of the strap quickly frayed but we kept it. Eventually the strap pulled off the backpack on the low aide base. I hope this one holds up a little longer. Overall great size and many nice storage compartments. I wish you still offered monogramming.
