18K GOLD CHARM YIN & YANG

I ordered the “large,” it was TINY and didn’t last more than 48 hours. My typical retention for gold is 2+ years on average. Very disappointed. I ordered a “pink” evil eye opal, which was peach at best. I also ordered two other gold charms, and just like this one, they do not have an etched back at all—no bumps at all, either. I thought maybe she just learned how to make pieces without it. But please take this as a red flag for All gold/opal gems. If it’s not etched/scored, the gold will come off. I knew this before using it, but I gave it a chance anyway. I reached out about this problem, and she literally said it was my fault and to use more adhesive, which any good trainer does not recommend for any gems at all. I am stunned and slightly annoyed, but that’s the cost of doing business. In my experience, I’ve used other gems and not had these problems at all.
