I ordered the blue travel case plus for my daughter who will be studying abroad next semester. My order arrived quickly but it was incorrect. Both the size and color were different/smaller. The color issue would have been fine but she needed the plus size for her supplies. I reached out to customer service and got a response within minutes and my order was replaced within a few days.
