Flavour is spot on and feel it hits exactly how I want it to for my training! Definitely my go to alongside workout fuel for training!

I have been using pre-workout for a while now, with a young family it really helps give me the energy i need for my workouts and also helps focus without a huge crash.

I found this pre-workout to be highly effective prior to the Marchon Hyrox doubles workout at Victoria on 20/06/2026. The energy and pump were substantial. This will be my pre-workout for future training
