Had it installed only to find out there was any power. Had to go back and forth between customer service, but was told a new one is being sent to us within a few days. We shall see once it arrives.

Installed the water heater. No power to the control panel. The circuit board is bad. Called customer service. Sent them pics showing no power at the control panel on the circuit board. They don’t have any parts in stock to send so now I have no hot water
