She even took the extra step of letting me know a sale was coming up and suggested I wait a day or two before placing my order, which I truly appreciated. I felt completely confident that each monogram would be done perfectly, and the turnaround time from ordering to delivery was impressively fast. The bags also arrived neatly packaged, so I was able to gift them as-is without needing to rewrap anything. Needless to say, my girls absolutely love their bags and are so excited to have something so special to keep for years to come. I’ll definitely be purchasing one for myself as well!
