Good product, questionable customer service

I ordered around 11 November for a Christmas gift. Processing was two to five weeks, which was fine. I queried delivery when I hadn't had any tracking by 16 December. After a few emails back and forth where they didn't offer any update other than 'you should have had tracking by now' (yes, I know!) and where I specified twice it was for a Christmas present, it was finally sent out 2ND CLASS standard post, the DAY AFTER the last posting date. As a result, my neice had nothing from me to open on Christmas day. I don't think it would have killed them to at least send it first class. Product is nice though. Would have been five stars if the customer service was there.
