Craftsmanship with a purpose
I’m extremely pleased with the craftsmanship of my cane. The ordering process was easy, customer service answered all my questions when I called, production was lengthy but as expected due to the extensive attention to detail and especially the entire finishing process, and delivery was on time once shipped. The custom design cane which I ordered was not cheap, but was affordable once I learned that I could use my HSA funds to pay for it. I watched all the Cane Masters videos I could find on their website and YouTube.
